A downloaded tracker template looks done on day one and breaks by week two, because you don't know why each column exists, so you can't adapt it when your actual workflow doesn't match the template's assumptions. Every tracker, job applications, invoices, content calendars, client deliverables, is the same underlying pattern: a row per item, a status column, a date-driven trigger, and a place for notes.
