How your data is stored
Is this a "VA course"?

No. There is no course to enroll in and no certificate at the end. We say "online professional" because the ceiling matters. Task work is a fine place to start, and plenty of people here start there. The path keeps going from it: you learn to own an outcome, then to own the client relationship. That is a career, and it takes longer than any course.

How long until a first client?

Nobody knows. Anyone who gives you a number is inventing it. No platform or research body publishes time-to-first-client for Filipino online professionals, so the "10 to 14 days" line in coaching ads has nothing behind it.
